Request an audit
Lead path audit

Get an audit before you hire anyone.

We follow one lead from first click to closed deal and check every joint it crosses. You see which ones hold and which ones slip, and you keep the report either way.

Why an audit comes first.

Most firms fix the part they can see: a new website, more ad spend, a CRM migration. Leads often go missing somewhere else, in the handoff between two systems, where nobody owns the step.

The audit finds those handoffs first, so the money you spend next goes to the fix that matters.

What we check.

Every joint a lead crosses on its way to a closed deal, and each of the six services on its own.

JointWhat we testWhen it slips
WCWebsite form to CRMEvery field lands on the right record. We submit test leads through every form before launch.A lead arrives with blank fields, or never arrives at all.
PCAd click to CRMAd platforms learn from applications and closed deals, not page views.Budget follows clicks that never become deals.
SWSearch to the right pageEach product and market has a page that answers what the person searched for. They land on a generic page and leave.
CICRM to your core softwareStatus changes flow between them within minutes, not once a night.People quote a status that is a day old.
OCOutbound reply to CRMEvery reply and booked call is logged against the contact, with consent on record. Two people call the same prospect, or nobody does.

Questions.

Do I have to hire you after the audit?
No. You keep the report either way, and you can hand it to your own team or another agency.
How long does it take?
About 1 to 2 weeks. It depends on your marketing stack: the more systems a lead passes through, the longer it takes to trace.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your website analytics, ad accounts and CRM, and a short call with the person who knows how leads are handled today.
What does it cost?
It’s free. The audit is how we find out whether there’s anything worth fixing. If there is, the report shows what it would take. If there isn’t, we’ll say so.
What if an audit isn’t the right first step?
We’ll say so. If the fix is obvious on the first call, we’ll tell you and skip the audit.
What happens to our data?
We use read-only access for the audit only, and remove it when the report is delivered. The report holds totals, never your clients’ personal details.
